Átomo x Daniel Orozco Estudio
Art in all its forms—both tangible, through the pieces of Daniel Orozco Estudio, and intangible, through the movement of Ātomo—came together in a special session celebrating creativity and design.
In a space dedicated to reconnection and freedom, Daniel Orozco Estudio joined forces with the movement and creative laboratory Ātomo to create a unique and exclusive experience. For this collaboration, both studios envisioned a day centered on expression and movement.
Ātomo’s studio was transformed by Daniel Orozco Estudio through a temporary pop-up intervention, featuring a curated selection of the designer’s pieces installed throughout the space for several weeks.
The experience began with a dance class led by Xel Ortega, a graduate of the London Contemporary Dance School, encouraging participants to let their movements flow through emotion, energy, and breath. This was followed by an interactive demonstration where guests learned how to create their own totems. During the totem-making session, participants were invited to explore their creativity and discover the endless possibilities that emerged from combining different elements and forms.
At Daniel Orozco Estudio, promoting all forms of Mexican art and design is a core philosophy. Collaborations like these encourage dialogue, nurture creativity, and create meaningful and memorable experiences.
