Shipping & Delivery Policies

VII. Delivery/Shipping

  • The customer is responsible for the cost and shipping fees, which will be itemized and included in the order form attached to this contract.

  • In the case of any special handling or extra services required for the movement of the merchandise, the customer must pay the shipping company the difference for these services.

  • Since the shipping company is independent and unrelated to Daniel Orozco Estudio, the studio is not responsible for any theft, loss, or damage to the merchandise once it has left the studio, provided the packaging meets the studio's quality standards.

  • The customer can choose their preferred shipping company and arrange for the merchandise to be picked up from the designated location. However, the customer must notify Daniel Orozco Estudio of the chosen shipping company and/or authorized person for the pickup. If not, the studio will not release the merchandise for security reasons.

VIII. Damage or Deterioration

  • It is the customer's responsibility to check the condition and functionality of the furniture at the time of receipt or pickup.

  • If the merchandise is received in poor condition, due to manufacturing defects or mishandling, the customer must notify Daniel Orozco Estudio immediately or within 5 business days after receiving the merchandise.

  • If the merchandise has any hidden defects or deteriorates for reasons not covered in this clause, the customer may request a replacement or repair of the merchandise, provided they comply with the studio's warranty terms, conditions, and policies, which can be reviewed on our website: https://www.danielorozcoestudio.com.

IX. Manufacturing and Delivery Terms

  • Daniel Orozco Estudio is committed to manufacturing the merchandise within the timeframe specified in the order form attached to this contract.

  • Once the purchased merchandise is ready, Daniel Orozco Estudio will notify the customer by any means to request full payment. After the total payment is received, the shipping company will be instructed to deliver the product to the customer’s designated address.

  • Delivery times from the shipping company are independent and separate from the manufacturing timelines provided by Daniel Orozco Estudio.

X. Storage

  • If the customer fails to receive the merchandise or make the payment within the established timeframe, the merchandise will be stored by Daniel Orozco Estudio for up to 15 days.

  • After 15 days, a 5% monthly storage fee will apply based on the merchandise's value. The customer will accept the merchandise in its current condition.

  • After 90 days without payment, the merchandise will become the property of Daniel Orozco Estudio, and no refunds will be issued for deposits or the full amount paid.
