This project that we have worked on from start to finish came about thanks to its owner. Rachel contacted us and came to the Tulum showroom, where apart from presenting our proposal for her hotel, we saw and physically touched various materials and finishes her hotel.
We collaborate with some other studios in Tulum for the rooms, such as Casa Belart that helps us to decorate the rooms with their beautiful details between textiles and vases, among other incredible items for the rooms.
The kitchen stools, bed curtains and wooden frames over the bed are made of solid wood from the region, one of our favorite woods, used in most of our projects.For the exterior area of the rooms we made solid jabín wood sunbeds with sumbrella upholstery, for the rooftops we opted for green colors and sandier tones for all the mattresses.
The common areas are always our favorite proposals, we had several challenges in this area of the hotel, for example, all the sunbeds are made organically from sumbrella since we had to adapt to the spaces we had for this project.
For the restaurants we proposed unique tables with a unique design, obviously we used turned legs for everything, and we only played with the materials of the covers according to the spaces, we played between cushions, mattresses, wood, stone and granite.
The rooftop bar and the pool bar we played with soft lines and tones, and totems for bar stools on the roof.
