To maintain the longevity of handcrafted bamboo furniture, it's essential to follow a few care guidelines. Regularly dusting with a soft cloth or brush helps prevent the accumulation of dirt and debris, which can cause scratches over time. Avoid placing bamboo furniture in direct sunlight or near heat sources, as excessive heat can cause the bamboo to dry out and become brittle. Additionally, periodically applying a thin coat of bamboo furniture oil can help nourish the bamboo and preserve its natural luster.
The tones of natural materials such as wood, textiles, and stone may vary from one production batch to another. Slight variations in the final appearance of our products are natural characteristics of our materials and production processes and are not considered defects. Contraction and expansion are normal for wood due to environmental and temperature variations. Movement of 1 to 3 mm between wooden boards is considered normal. The warranty does not cover temperature-driven contraction, expansion, and bursting.
